SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How fast is your international shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-10 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but please note that especially for special regions will arrive 2-3 days later than normal. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this any cancellation occurs.

How much Duties and Taxes will have to pay?

General shipping fees displayed on our website do not include taxes and import duties. Once your order shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. BERA DESIGN has no control over such charges and cannot predict these extraordinary costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How do I return my order?

We only accept returns on domestic orders. We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 10 business days (only online sales) from the date the order was delivered you. The products must be in the same condition and original packaging.

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. BERA DESIGN is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. Please note that it might take up to 7 business days for the refund to be received back into your account.
